During this hands-on workshop, you’ll gain a deep understanding of the cider-making process — from milling apples and pressing juice to setting up fermentation. You’ll also explore the history behind cider crafting and get introduced to essential equipment. At the end of the day, you’ll take home a gallon of freshly pressed apple juice, a demijohn, and a fermentation kit to start your own cider at home.
