EDUCATION - OUR CHARGES

We make a small charge for visits but heavily subsidise our service. Charges exclude VAT which will be added, schools and many other groups can claim this back.

New 2008 charges

There is no charge for adult staff and helpers.

Visits to School Grounds:
Charges for sessions in school : see above rates but talk to a member of staff.

Off site Slide Shows/Talks:
We normally receive a £25 donation

Payment:
The Trust will invoice the organization soon after the visit. They may also choose to pay by cash or cheque on the day of the visit. All cheques should be made payable to:

Torbay Coast & Countryside Trust.

Cancellations:
If less than 2 weeks notice is given we reserve the right to charge 50% of the total cost of the visit.

If, due to the weather on the day, you decide not to come but do not contact us to discuss the conditions or let us know you may be charged in full.
