The Trust is an independent, local charity and the money we receive will go directly to looking after Torbay . Our role is to protect special places from development, to make Torbay a wildlife paradise and thus to improve people's quality of life.

These are examples of how your money will be spent:

£10 pays for equipment such as wellies and waterproofs so that local school children can make the most our of visiting our nature reserves

£50 pays for materials to make 50 bird and bat boxes to encourage a diversity of wildlife in Torbay

£75 pays for coastal grassland to be rescued from scrub invasion protecting vulnerable species such as the Small blue butterfly

£100 pays for 50 metres of fencing
