Radishes and Arches

Spring is here and we are harvesting our first radishes and salad leaves in the community garden at Occombe.
Today Chris and Rachel (the horticultural trainees working on 'One Planet Food Project') have constructed an arch for the squash plants to grow up and a beautiful living hazel arch at the entrance of the community garden.
The polytunnels are currently being constructed, and we are hoping that next week we can start planting our first tomatoes ...
Summer is on the way and we hope you enjoy visiting our new garden soon.
