The traditional butchery is part of the farm shop. It offers a wide range of organic cuts including meat reared at Occombe itself and local farms that are part of the Countryside Stewardship scheme, ensuring higher environmental standards than on conventional farms.

The Butchery is staffed by professional butchers who take pride in their product preparation and are more than happy to discuss all aspects of meat with customers. If you can't tell your ribeye from your rump or want to know exactly what is in those sausages you're having for breakfast then just ask!
